Dr. Rifley graduated from the University of Arizona School of Medicine. After obtaining his medical degree he completed a full residency in General Surgery graduating as Chief Resident at the University Medical Center, Las Vegas, NV.
Following completion of his General Surgery Residency, Dr. Rifley attended and completed a full residency in Plastic Surgery at the University of California at Davis as Chief Resident.
Dr. Rifley also holds certificates from the California, Arizona, Nevada and National Medical Board.
Dr. Rifley is a member of many medical societies including The International Society of Cosmetic Laser Surgery. The Nevada State Medical Society, The American Medical Association, Clark County Medical Society, The National Board of Medical Examiners. He is currently the Chief of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Summerlin Medical Center and is past Chief of Plastic Surgery at the University Medical Center in Las Vegas. Dr. Rifley is currently Licensed in the States of Nevada, Arizona and California.
