I had my original breast implants done in NYC in 1994. I moved to Las Vegas 9 years ago and it was then that I noticed I had an adhesion in my right breast and my left implant had deflated. I went to Dr. Rifley for a consultation. I felt at ease with him. He was funny, cute and very professional. He completely removed the old implants. He put new ones in and I can tell everyone he is THE BEST!!! I told him they weren’t as big as I requested and he refilled them for me at NO CHARGE!!!!! Dr. Rifley is a talented surgeon and an artist!!!! I also know several other ladies that have had work done by Dr. Rifley and they all praise him. I recommend him to EVERYONE I know!!!!

Excelent physician, beautiful work, helpful and super friendly staff. My plastic surgery experience was amazing. Dr. Rifley and I were very clear with what I wanted out of my surgery (breast aug) and asked and answered all of my 10 thousand questions prior to. He was extremely friendly and professional. My husband absolutely loved him as well. My husband and I are satisfied and then some with his work. My breasts are beyond perfect. Perfectly symmetrical, shaped, sized, and my nipple is in the most perfect place. He is a true artist and I couldn’t imagine ever having anyone but Dr. Rifley perform any cosmetic surgery on me or a family or friend. I am so proud of my amazingly beautiful breasts. I would have paid double if I had known what beautiful job would have been performed by this excellent doctor.

My name is Judy and I had surgery (1) year ago in March. There is too much to say but you can contact me to ask any questions and you will have many. I researched for a doctor for (1) year, and then found Dr. Rifley. His results speak for themselves. He is honest and cares about each person, his skills are great and he is very gentle.
Any one can do this, wish I’d done it sooner, and it’s not just for the young, rich, famous. When was the last time you looked in the mirror and felt really good about your appearance? Dr. Rifley performed my breast augmentation 6 weeks ago. There was no pain or down time. I went back to work in literally 4 days. Dr. Rifley is an awesome plastic surgeon I would recommend him to anyone. My breast look so natuarl and feel so soft. Everyone that has felt them can’t believe how natural they feel. I was able to reach him on the weekend with a question regarding my prescription with out any problems. Dr. Rifley and his staff are very professional and really do care about me.

The best Dr. for Breast Augmentation: Dr. Rifley
After 4 kids, I decided to have breast augmentation at the age of 37. Two months post-op they look perfect. The staff is very caring and the office visits provided a friendly environment. Thanks Dr. Rifely.

Beautiful Job!!!
I have to give Dr. Rifley kudo’s! He performed surgery on my ex-wife after she had our 4th child. After the 4th child her breasts were less than an A cup. She had a C cup when we got married. At anyrate- he did a sub muscle implant using the high end implants. They are some of the most beautiful breasts I’ve ever seen! They were perfect!
Ofcourse- we’re now divorced and her new husband gets to enjoy them. And she just had another child with him, with no complications for breastfeeding. I recommend him to anyone I meet who is thinking about getting implants. I have no complaints! (and I am a TOTAL breast man!)

I have a good friend I will refer to her as JM. JM had breast surgery in Arizona and when she was post op after 8-weeks it was clear she was going to look like a freak with ugly, uneven deformed breasts. I knew of Dr. Rifley and had her contact him. He not only fixed her problem he did it with compassion and expertise. I am very sorry you had a bad experience, but without knowing your past history who can say you would have done better with anyone else. Your statements boarder on slander and you sound like someone who may have wanted something that was not possible.
Dr. Rifley was a prayer answered for my friend and she is stable and happy because of his work and his ability to make a difference in her life after someone else messed her up.
